Expansion coefficients of the scattered field.

Possible for all T-matrices (global and local) in nonabsorbing background. The coefficients are computed by

\[a_{lm} = \sum_{l'm'} T_{lm,l'm'} b_{l'm'},\]

where \(b_{lm}\) are the expansion coefficients of the incident wave and \(T\) is the T-matrix.
