Expansion coefficients of the scattered field.

Possible for all T-matrices (global and local) in nonabsorbing background. The coefficients are calculated by

\[a_{k_z m} = \sum_{{k_z}'m'} T_{k_z m,{k_z}'m'} b_{{k_z}'m'},\]

where \(b_{k_z m}\) are the expansion coefficients of the incident wave, and \(T\) is the T-matrix.
