Expansion coefficients of the scattered field.

Possible for all T-matrices (global and local) in non-absorbing background. The coefficients are calculated by

\[a_{k_z m} = T_{k_z m,{k_z}'m'} b_{{k_z}'m'}\]

where \(b_{k_z m}\) are the expansion coefficients of the incident wave, and \(T\) is the T-matrix.
