Scattering coefficients for high-symmetry cases.

Calculate the scattering coefficients for cases where they can be obtained analytically. Thes include a (multilayered) sphere using spherical waves (Mie coefficients), a cylinder using cylindrical waves, and an infinitely extended planar interface (Fresnel coefficients).
